At the meeting, General Manager Tang Haijiang systematically summarized the company's development situation in 2022. I hope that in the new year, everyone can do their best to make their greatest contribution to the development of the company. I hope that more young cadres who can do things, want to do things, and dare to do things will cherish the stage provided by the company, create and realize their own value, and work together to achieve the goals and tasks of the company.
General Manager Tang Haijiang has clarified this year's development plan and deployed key tasks for 2023, proposing the following six requirements:
1、 Explore available young cadres
The core of enterprise development is people, and enterprises need the drive and vitality of young people to bring vitality to the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to tap into the available young cadres of the company, reuse and promote young cadres with strong professional foundations, and provide fresh and reliable blood for the development of the company.
2、 Intensify innovation and development efforts
Innovative development remains the key to enterprises, and accelerating technological innovation is an inevitable way to promote high-quality development of enterprises. The company will increase encouragement and incentive policies for innovation, strengthen technological innovation, and management innovation.
3、 Continuously promoting prefabricated buildings
Prefabricated buildings have great potential and will undoubtedly become another development engine for Zhongnan Green Building as a traditional industry in the future. The company will continue to increase investment in the application and promotion of prefabricated buildings.
4、 Steadily carry out information technology construction
Information technology construction is a basic requirement for the survival of enterprises. In 2022, the company's information technology construction work has achieved significant results in manufacturing, engineering, and sales. In the new year, the company should steadily do a good job in information technology construction, promote departmental efficiency improvement and company data integration, and consolidate enterprise development.
5、 Actively explore overseas markets
In 2023, there will be changes in the international market, and the company needs to strengthen risk assessment, seize opportunities to develop markets, and actively expand overseas markets, especially in Southeast Asia. This year, the group will lead personnel from various construction sectors to conduct market research in Southeast Asian countries, and the company will send representatives to actively participate in and explore the Southeast Asian market.
6、 Progress of trial production in Fuyang Phase II
The second phase of Fuyang is planned to be put into use in June this year, which will enhance the company's brand image. The unified management mode will greatly improve work efficiency, reduce management costs, and lay the foundation for high-quality and refined management of the company.
At the meeting, Chairman Wu shared the three hearts proposed at the 2023 Spring Festival Work Conference of the group: responsibility, career, and professionalism.
