The project is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a construction area of over 79000 square meters. It has two underground floors and five above ground floors, including over 42000 square meters of above ground buildings, over 37000 square meters of underground buildings, and over 2700 square meters of podium buildings. The project consists of four buildings, A, B, C, and D, as well as a pedestrian walkway.
