From November 19th to 27th, Zhongnan Green Construction Group organized the second round of employee skills competition for the year 2022. Nearly 60 employees from the finance department, centralized procurement department, chief engineer office, and comprehensive planning department participated in the skills competition, and 19 employees won the competition and received company rewards.
In the skills competition of the finance department, there were three stages of competition: counting money, folding vouchers, and identifying invoices. After intense competition in these three stages, 12 finance personnel, including Yu Yafei, stood out and won first and second prizes respectively.

The centralized procurement department's skill competition consists of two items: contract preparation and test paper answering, with the aim of testing the department's employees' professional level and work efficiency. In the competition, all six participating employees demonstrated proficient business skills, with Pan Lijun and Bao Liyun winning first and second prizes respectively.

On the afternoon of the 26th, the skills competition organized by the Chief Engineer's Office was carried out in an orderly manner. The competition includes the preparation of construction organization design and PPT presentation. 22 people participate in the competition, and 12 groups of 3 people are formed by drawing lots for the competition. The judges evaluated the submitted construction organization design scheme on site. In the PPT presentation, a team composed of scheme preparation, rendering, and verification personnel worked closely together to complete the explanation within the specified time. Finally, Su Hang, Chai Kun, and Hu Jinghua from Group 8 won the first prize, while Groups 1 and 9 won the second and third prizes respectively.

The last skills competition in November is the theoretical knowledge exam related to steel structures held by the Comprehensive Planning Department. The competition was held on the 27th, and 13 employees from the Comprehensive Planning Department competed on the same field, all of whom completed their answers within the specified time. After the evaluation and grading by the judges, Wang Jiali and five others won first, second, and third prizes respectively.
