As the end of the year approaches and the temperature gradually drops, the construction site of the Hangzhou Binjiang District Intelligent Manufacturing Valley Industrial Service Complex Project (Phase I) undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction Group presents a lively and orderly construction scene.

This project is a key project in Binjiang District, Hangzhou City. The company undertakes the steel structure engineering of buildings 1-5 in the first phase of the project, with a total construction area of over 346000 square meters. Among them, buildings 1, 2, and 4 are office buildings, building 3 is a hotel building, all of which are composed of concrete core tubes, steel structure frames, and steel truss floor support plates. Building 5 is an employee activity center, which adopts a steel frame structure; 1. Building 2 is a tower structure with a maximum of 23 floors and a maximum design height of 102.55 meters; 3. Building 4 is a high-rise structure with a maximum of 18 floors and a maximum design height of 69 meters.
The first steel column hoisting of this project started on August 6, 2022. According to the construction schedule requirements proposed by the owner unit, in order to successfully complete this severe construction task, the company's leaders attach great importance to it. They have carefully deployed and strictly implemented it from the aspects of component production, shipping, machinery deployment, personnel input, etc. The on-site management personnel have strengthened communication with the general contractor to ensure 24-hour continuous operation every day. Since the start of construction, except for adverse weather conditions, the construction teams have been working hard on their posts in shifts while ensuring safe construction conditions. At the same time, the construction management personnel have been on duty, making the greatest effort and effective control for the smooth progress of the project.

As of now, more than half of the main construction of buildings 1 to 4 has been completed, and column hoisting has started for building 5, which is progressing smoothly.
