Recently, a special technical seminar on the collaborative research project "Corrugated Steel Plate Wall" between Zhongnan Green Building Group and Tsinghua University was held at the Binjiang headquarters. Professor and doctoral supervisor from Tsinghua University, Guo Yanlin, and his delegation attended the seminar. Leaders including Wang Haishan, Executive Vice General Manager of Zhongnan Green Construction Group, and Zhang Ke, Dean of the Design and Research Institute, also participated.

Wang Haishan, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, presided over the seminar and highly affirmed the technological innovation cooperation between the two parties in the field of prefabricated building technology in recent years. He hopes to elevate the company's prefabricated building technology to a higher level through in-depth research on multiple topics related to corrugated steel plate structural systems.
At the seminar, Professor Guo Yanlin briefly explained the progress of the new research topic jointly researched by both parties in recent times. Dr. Wen Chenbao from Tsinghua University and other research members from both sides gave detailed reports on six new research topics, including "Analysis of Design Methods for Edge Line Transverse Wave Steel Plate Walls".

Li Zhi'an, the chief technical engineer of the company, analyzed the existing connections and stress conditions of corrugated steel plate walls at the seminar, and proposed a research plan for a new type of connection and stress mode, aiming to enhance the frame column stiffness of corrugated steel plate wall edge components, improve structural stress performance, and simplify the processing, manufacturing, construction, and installation of corrugated steel plate walls. Professor Guo Yanlin and other attending members expressed their recognition of this plan and unanimously agreed to include it in the research and development of the new project. At the seminar, both parties comprehensively planned and deployed the next steps for research and application of various topics.
The in-depth research on the new topic will further accelerate the company's broader research and product development on the waveform steel plate composite structure system technology, provide more comprehensive technical support for the entire industry chain service of prefabricated buildings, and take a solid step towards achieving high-quality development of the enterprise.
