Recently, the company has signed a contract for the construction of the second section of the Shanghai Baoshan Renewable Energy Utilization Center project.
The total investment of this project is 3.041 billion yuan, located in the Luojing Thick Plate Factory Industrial Park in Baoshan District, Shanghai. It covers an area of approximately 135000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 161323 square meters and a maximum single building area of 81898 square meters. It is an integrated facility for dry waste incineration and wet waste disposal. The total incineration scale of the project is 3000t/d, equipped with 4 × 750t/d mechanical grate furnaces and 2 × 60MW condensing steam turbine units, reaching the international leading level. All four production lines will be put into operation by 2022, becoming one of the world's highest standard waste incineration power generation projects.
The factory adopts a large roof steel structure; The chimney and the exterior facade of the styling tower are decorated with curtain walls and have a unique curved structure, with a building height of 142 meters. The overall design of this project revolves around the concept of "Baoshan has mountains", with a high-altitude earth covered landscape structure covering an area of over 80000 square meters.
This renewable energy utilization center is the first harmless disposal facility for household waste in Shanghai to be built after implementing garbage classification. After completion, it can process 500 tons of kitchen waste and 300 tons of kitchen waste per day, and the total waste incineration scale can reach 3000 tons per day.
