Yu Yuequan, born in February 1970, has a bachelor's degree and is an engineer. He started working in 1987, joined the Central South Green Construction Group in January 2000, and joined the CPC in 2006. I have worked in departments such as production and engineering, and have been serving as an engineering project manager since 2016. In his work, Comrade Yu Yuequan always strictly demands himself with the standards of a party member. He is rigorous, pragmatic, and consistent in his ordinary work position, completing various difficult tasks in a timely manner. He fully plays the exemplary role of a Communist Party member and has been highly recognized by the company's leaders and colleagues. He has been awarded titles such as "Excellent Project Manager", "Excellent Communist Party Member", and "Model of Central South Railway Army" by Central South Group.

Comrade Yu Yuequan fully demonstrated his talents and dared to take action. In response to the high cost and unstable quality of handmade small section unconventional box shaped components in the production workshop at that time, the guidance team worked hard and explored research, successfully developing a production process for one-time welding of small section box shaped component fillet welds, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing production costs; The preparation of steel structure manufacturing, welding, and installation process manuals has effectively reduced project operating costs; Led technical backbone in project construction management to solve many complex problems and successfully completed multiple complex projects.
Comrade Yu Yuequan loves his job and is dedicated to it. He has led the management of more than 20 projects without any quality or safety accidents, and has received praise from all parties. Among them, more than ten projects, including the Fujian Successful Exhibition Center, have won the China Construction Engineering Luban Award, and the Ningbo Olympic Sports Center, have won the China Steel Structure Gold Award, Provincial Steel Award and other high-quality engineering awards.
Comrade Yu Yuequan combined theory with practice and published three technical papers, including "My Opinion on Construction Management Methods for Steel Structure Engineering" and "Exploration of Relevant Issues in Modern Steel Structure Engineering Installation and Construction". He also led the development of a practical new patent for "High strength Steel Grid Bolt Node Device" and actively participated in the preparation of enterprise level construction methods and standards.

On April 12, 2022, Comrade Yu Yuequan received an emergency order from the company to support the steel structure project of the Fangcang Hospital at Baimahu International Convention and Exhibition Center. Under the personal command of Secretary Wu Jianrong of the Group Party Committee, an emergency leadership group was established to quickly develop a combat plan. Among them, Comrade Yu Yuequan led the steel structure assault team to work 24 hours a day without stopping. After 3 days and 2 nights of fierce fighting, the assault mission was successfully completed on April 14, and the assault team was awarded the title of "Central South Railway Army" by the Group. Comrade Yu Yuequan recalled that at that time, it was the rainy season in spring, with cold weather and continuous rain. All the assault teams on site remained steadfast and fought on the front line. In order to maintain a continuous state of operation, industrial workers were required to take turns resting. However, as management personnel, they dared not slack off and always controlled the progress of the work. There was no one shouting about fatigue and hardship on site. At that time, everyone firmly believed in the belief that "we will not forget our original intention, give our all, and the mission of Central South China will be achieved", and ultimately successfully completed this arduous task.

Comrade Yu Yuequan has just completed the construction management work of the Jianger Village West Area project (Hangzheng Chu Chu [2019] No. 81 plot), and now leads the project team to invest in the construction of the key construction project Hengsheng Financial Cloud Phase II in Binjiang District.
