The project is located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, with a building height of 31 meters, a total of 6 floors, and a total construction area of 26610 square meters. The project was designed by the team led by He Jingtang, academician of the CAE Member. A large number of steel structure advantages are used for overhead overhanging, which is quite high-tech in the new era. The design hall adopts the truss+frame structure form, with 4 core tubes as the support. The overall weight of the steel structure is more than 1300 tons.
