Zhu Jianfu, a member of the Party Committee and a second level researcher of the Fuyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, introduced the economic status of Fuyang enterprises and the situation of social departments such as the Talent Development Department, Talent Center, and Archives Center. He also introduced the talent policies and project policies of Hangzhou and Fuyang District, the establishment and guidance of enterprise postdoctoral work stations, the application for professional titles and talent benefits, and other work. At the meeting, both sides had a series of in-depth exchanges and guidance on the current situation of enterprise human resource development, qualification reform, as well as the new situations, opportunities, and employment issues faced by enterprises. And Deputy Director Zhu Dongping of Fuyang District Talent Management Service Center gave a presentation on the relevant living subsidies for newly introduced college graduates by the Hangzhou and Fuyang District governments, the Fuyang District enterprise talent introduction incentive policies, and the subsidies for professional title and skilled talents.
