(the general contractor), hoping that the project team would participate in the construction of the Fangcang Hospital in the New Caoyang High tech Economic Development Park. The on-site person in charge immediately responded and, while ensuring the epidemic prevention and safety of the project department, urgently allocated 22 construction personnel to the site. Led by Comrade Zhang Sigui, the on-site person in charge, they rushed to the New Caoyang High tech Economic Development Park on Nujiang North Road in Putuo District, Shanghai and joined the construction team of the Fangcang Hospital in the district.

In order to ensure the completion of the construction of the 12 buildings, as well as the waste storage room, warehouse, command office area, and more than 40000 square meters of makeshift hospital by April 8th, the project team worked tirelessly for 4 days and nights. If they were too tired to hold on, they took turns resting on the ground floor. After continuous rush day and night, on the afternoon of the 7th, the shelter hospital was mostly completed, and the first batch of more than 2000 COVID-19 patients had been treated; At 7am on the 8th, all construction work of the makeshift hospital was completed and put into use smoothly, and this special battle ended successfully ahead of schedule.
