The project is located at the intersection of the Second Ring West Road and Chengnan Avenue in Shaoxing City, which is an important part of the road traffic network in Shaoxing City. The main line construction standard is that the urban expressway gives consideration to the functions of first-class highway, with two-way 6-lane traffic. The steel structure bridge project undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction Group has a total steel consumption of about 5000 tons, a total length of 245 meters, a bridge beam width of 27 meters, and a bridge deck height of 21 meters above the ground; The span and weight of bridge components are relatively large. The maximum single support component of steel structure, steel box girder, has a beam height of 4.5 meters, a beam width of 4.3 meters, a length of 25.6 meters, and a weight of 97 tons. The design load of bridge engineering is urban grade A and highway grade I.

The steel structure bridge project started in December 2020. After a construction period of 12 months, the project department overcame various unfavorable factors such as weather, vehicle and personnel traffic on component lifting and on-site welding, and reasonably formulated a construction lifting plan. Through strict management and careful deployment, it successfully solved various complex problems such as a large number of steel box girder segments, multiple lifting units, and a large amount of on-site welding. In construction operations such as component hoisting, the project department strictly implements various management regulations during the construction period, and sets up a safety management team specifically responsible for the safety isolation and supervision of the construction site and the passage of vehicles and personnel. Some bridge sections also carry out off peak operations according to traffic conditions. Through strict on-site management and efficient operations, the normal passage and safety of vehicles and personnel during the construction period have been ensured, ensuring the smooth progress of construction operations.

The steel structure bridge project of the S308 Provincial Road Second Ring West Road Smart Expressway renovation project undertaken by Zhongnan Green Construction Group has been successfully completed.
