Zhongnan Steel Structure organized a skills competition for all staff in an orderly manner
With the successful holding of the first skills competition, the curtain of the Zhongnan Steel Structure All staff Skills Competition has been fully opened. Subsequent competitions will continue every Saturday, with an active atmosphere, strong targeting, and exciting process. The results of the competition are gratifying.
Since the first skills competition on October 30th, Zhongnan Steel Structure has arranged technical, engineering, design, sales, administrative personnel and other systems to participate in job skills competitions such as "result plan preparation", "truss engineering construction process preparation", "deepening design", "sales common sense" and "knowledge answer sheet and computer practical operation". All departments participated, and the relevant main leaders supervised the whole process, fulfilling their responsibilities in each skills competition to ensure the complete success of each skills competition.

本届技能比武活动根据全员技能比武大赛总方案规划按序举行。活动分别以抽签搭配小组，老带新，个人为单位三种组织形式展开比武，系统性、专业化的技能比武给各部门员工提供了一个展示技能、展现才华的机会。在每场的技能比武中，参赛人员表现优秀，在竞技中勇夺优胜，发挥出最高的技能水准，展现出超越自我的专业水准和创新能力。现场气氛热烈，营造出浓厚的竞技氛围，各部门员工在团队合作、交流切磋、评委点评中进一步提高了技能本领，技能比武起到了很大的实战效果。
在每场技能比武的优胜评选中，评委组对参赛小组或个人所完成的参赛作品进行了专业性的点评，并为每场获胜的小组或个人颁发了证书和奖品。

The skill competition of Zhongnan Steel Structure is still ongoing, and in December, there will also be a job skill competition at the production base. Through this all staff job skills competition, the job skills level of all employees at Zhongnan Steel Structure has once again been improved, and the comprehensive strength of each department will also be comprehensively enhanced.
