The project is located in the northern part of Liuzhou City, spanning the Liujiang River. The top of the five middle piers of the bridge are designed as towers that are consistent with the shape of the Wind and Rain Bridge, with pavilions connecting the towers; The tower has four levels of nearly 35 meter high square shaped mountain pavilions, seven levels of nearly 44 meter high hexagonal pavilions, seven levels of nearly 50 meter high octagonal pavilions, and a maximum height of nearly 11 meters for corridor pavilions. The steel components of these towers and pavilions are all produced and manufactured by Zhongnan Steel Structure, including box columns, circular tube columns, single curved square tube beams, double curved square tube beams, truss beams, etc. The total steel quantity is about 4000 tons.
