The project covers an area of 91,770 square meters, and adopts the design of bi-directional square. The main construction includes two ground floors and three underground floors, with partial mezzanine, which is supported by long-span steel columns, showing the integrated architectural style. The cornices in four sides form a far-reaching transition into the interior space, playing the role of shade and shelter, which can adapt the unique climatic conditions of Qingdao, reflect the characteristics of coastal buildings, and create the broad and distinctive of east and west facades.
