The construction organization design skills competition has successfully concluded
On the morning of October 30th, the 2021 "Zhongnan Steel Structure All staff Skills Competition" was officially launched. The first skills competition of the event was a scheme production skills competition organized by the chief engineer's office. With the order of the referee, the curtain of this year's all staff skills competition was opened, once again igniting a wave of professional level competition.

Wang Zaisheng, Deputy General Manager of Zhongnan Steel Structure, attended the competition and delivered a speech. In his speech, he mentioned that according to the work instructions of the General Manager, corresponding expectations and requirements were put forward for the participants. He hoped that all participants could learn from and inspire each other through this competitive and exchange platform, achieve common progress, build a more excellent technical team, and provide a solid talent foundation for the company's sustainable development.
The first competition of this skills competition was intense and orderly, with 12 groups and 3 participants in each group. Twelve groups of contestants reported their entries one by one, and each group fully demonstrated their team's professional and skill level, showcasing their talents in the event. After each group's report is completed, four judges will provide on-site comments and scores, and point out shortcomings and improvement suggestions in the comments. The contestants in each group listened carefully to the valuable opinions of the judges and gained greater rewards in the comments.

The intense competition lasted for a morning. After comprehensive and careful evaluation by the judges, according to the competition rules, the first group of Chen Zhi, Li Qiang, and Yu Xiajing won the championship and won the first prize in the first skills competition. The eighth and ninth groups respectively won the second and third prizes in this competition. Vice General Manager Wang Zaisheng and other leaders presented certificates and prizes to the award-winning contestants.
