The engineering building is 420 meters long, 280 meters wide, with a main structure height of 20.40 meters and a partial height of 24.50 meters. It has two underground floors and four above ground floors, consisting of four multi story commercial buildings and an underground garage. The project has won the China Steel Structure Gold Award and the Zhejiang Province Construction Steel Structure Diamond Award.
