Since the beginning of this year, the employee training work of Zhongnan Steel Structure has undergone significant changes and progress compared to previous years. Firstly, there have been more training sessions, secondly, the training content has been enriched, and thirdly, a large number of cloud live training modes have been used. Due to the impact of the epidemic, since the first half of this year, the training of Zhongnan Steel Structure has adopted a combination of online and offline methods. The on-site training is initiated by one location, remotely projected to multiple sub venues through the network, and synchronously radiated to the handheld mobile terminals of students from all over the world. This training mode not only allows real-time viewing, but also facilitates students to learn anytime and anywhere using fragmented time. This not only facilitates students who frequently travel and reside in other places, but also greatly increases the number of people interested in the training content for other job positions. The popularity of employee skills training is becoming increasingly widespread.

High definition live streaming, unlimited replay, breaking through time and location limitations, the cloud live streaming mode brings flexible and efficient training and learning meals to all employees of Zhongnan Steel Structure. As of the end of July 2021, Zhongnan Steel Structure has organized and conducted 65 training activities, with over 1200 participants and a total of more than 13000 class hours. Among them, 15 training sessions were held simultaneously in both online and offline modes. In a survey questionnaire conducted on 172 students, the average satisfaction rate was as high as 97.3%. The students all praised this readily learnable training mode.
Zhongnan Steel Structure uses cloud live streaming for regular employee training, providing convenience for employees on various fronts to learn and master new technologies and knowledge, and providing favorable conditions for all employees to continuously improve their skills.
